My name is Maria Spark. I'm a Registered Nurse with Bachelor degree in Education and a Health Coach certified in: Integrative Nutrition, Science of Breathing, and Science of Stretching.
For over a decade I have helped thousands of people as a nurse case manager to manage their health, understand their illnesses, and alleviate their symptoms in every day life. Working as a hospice nurse taught me that health and illness is not about addressing one part of the body, but about integrative, holistic and multi level approach to person as a whole, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I apply this understanding in work with my patients and clients to help overcome any type of stress and experience life at its full potential. 

I'm grateful to my extensive personal experience in life as well because it shaped me into the person I am today. I went from dealing with childhood traumas from temporary separation with parents and living in the war zone; to overcoming social anxiety for years; to starting my life from scratch with just a suitcase in my hands 3 times in 3 different countries, once as a single mom with 2 young children; to living with a mentally unstable person for many years and ending an abusive relationship; to working long hours as a nurse at high demanding jobs yet finding a way to care for my family and myself. I'm now a happy wife, raising 2 teenagers and expecting a baby at 43 years old, actively working, building a business, learning new skills every day and enjoying my life and my health. I was able to achieve this through years of learning about neuroscience and how thoughts effect our feelings and bodies, developing my emotional intelligence, having many spiritual experiences, trying out different diets, even some extreme ones, and gaining deep knowledge of body physiology to understand the effect of stress on a cellular level and interconnection of all systems in our body. 

I know it is possible to overcome anxiety and effects of chronic stress. I know it is possible to control your stress responses, to use them to your advantage and to find pleasure in your every day life. I want to share the product of my personal and professional experience and teach you to listen to your mind and body and to learn interpreting symptoms as the language of your body, turning stress into strength and bringing your essence to harmony.
